Paul is a Professional Engineer with 40 years of experience in watershed management and water resources engineering. As former General Manager of the Mississippi Valley Conservation Authority, he actively pursued a better understanding of the potential impacts which climate change may have on our local water resources and river systems. Paul is recently retired and continues to advocate for solutions to assist in mitigating and adapting to climate change impacts.
