Stephen Rolston is the owner of award-winning Land Ark Homes and founder builder of Watercolour Westport. As a strong visionary with a passion for home building, Steve and his wife have led Land Ark Homes to build over 300 homes across 12 communities in the Ottawa area, most recently building Canada's first Fossil Fuel-Free Net Zero Home Community: Watercolour Westport.

A passion to connect people to each other, and to nature, has inspired Steve to challenge the norms of homebuilding in Canada today. Creating homes that are built to 2032 building code, and utilizing traditional neighbourhood design principles have created a walkable, connected living opportunity that is garnering attention in the industry.

Backed by being the only Canadian homebuilder to win North America's Best Custom Builder from the National Home Builders Association, Steve and Land Ark are continuing an enduring legacy today.
