Nature’s Apprentice Farm

Fluid Coffee Roastery

Just Good Compost

Maximilian Restaurant

We envision a world where everyone has a local, regenerative diet that fully supports not only their mental and physical health, but also the health of the rest of Nature. We work every day to get our community closer to this vision. We use artisanal techniques and regenerative principles to grow delicious, chemical-free products, support wildlife, improve our water cycle and store carbon in the soil.

They have translated their way of life into the same philosophy at Fluid Coffee. Sustainability of their energy sources; small-batch coffee roasting, and eliminating waste streams as well as using compostable coffee bags are part of their commitment to the environment and their customers.

The project’s goal is to help residents in Almonte, and hopefully beyond, build soil, clean the air, and support the community.

Established in 1973, Maximilian Restaurant is situated in a beautiful heritage building in the heart of downtown Perth. They are setting an example of what it means to be an environmentally-friendly restaurant!
