Anyone who has received money from the Greener Homes Grant or Loan is not eligible to apply. All eligibility can be verified here.

Homeowners who heat by oil and whose household is at or below the median household after-tax income (can be verified here) are eligible to receive up to $10,000 upfront to switch from oil heating to a new, energy-efficient heat pump.
